Product Warranty
All AVerVision Document Cameras hold either a 3 or 5-year warranty, while the AP-Series of wireless pens hold a 2-year warranty. Select document cameras are also covered by our Advanced Replacement Program, which offers immediate product replacement within the first year of purchase for defective products.
Free 2-Way RMA Shipping
All AVerVision Document Cameras that qualify for RMA include free 2-way shipping. Once the RMA is processed, the customer will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label to use for the return of a defective product. Once the product is repaired, AVer will also cover the shipping cost to return the unit back to the customer.
