Description:
Our vibrant video surveillance product integrates AVer software innovation from video processing, compression, IP camera, recording, storage, database, cloud, management, mobile app, video analytic. This new position will play a key leadership role in identifying future technology trend, working with tier-1 partners and strategic customer to define exciting and creative product roadmap forward. We are looking for an individual with passion and industry understanding in surveillance, video or network related field.
Go to market:
- Define, develop and lead execution of launch plans for new product introductions, product updates, and channel strategies
- Assisting product marketing with new sales tools, including collateral, white papers, presentations, web content, and other customer and channel communications
Responsibilities:
- DVR remote app, CMS and Collaboration
- Define future product roadmap based on market input and industry trend
- Drive the collection of customer insights from customer support, onsite visits and analytics
- Prepare MRD (Market Requirement Document)
- Define and execute integration project with leading ecosystem partners with real business impact
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on a needed basis
- Work with hardware product manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of direct technical marketing or product management experience in video surveillance or collaboration, network, mobile or web products
- Experience working with end user, sales team, engineering, and usability team generating MRD
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities as well as work well in teams
- Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to apply analytical tools to market/business analysis
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal to effectively and professionally work with coworkers, partners and customers
- Understanding of the latest trends and players in video surveillance and collaborations
- Have 2 years software engineer experience in related field
- Bachelor or master degree of Computer Science or related field

AVer is looking for a Sales Manager fluent and familiar with Mexico to represent our Video Conferencing, Surveillance and Presentation products. While the ideal candidate would be located in California, AVer is open to hiring a remote sales, located within 30 miles from an international airport.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, grow and support existing accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new channel partners
- Develop and execute winning business strategy in both product, sales and channel management
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing customers and partners
- Provide expertise on competitive landscape, customer requirements and government regulations
- Inventory, forecast and P&L management
- Report and analyze business and market activities
- Manage sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and drive successful results
- Identify and manage OEM opportunities
- Product demos, customer trainings and tradeshow representation
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 3+ years of technical sales experience selling to Mexico
- Must be able to create and execute business plans

- Finding potential and new customers for incremental revenue
