Sales Manager - Surveillance and IP/Megapixel

Regional Sales Manager

AVer Information, Inc. (www.averusa.com) is the leading manufacturer of digital presentation products, video conferencing and surveillance technology solutions. We are seeking a bright and responsible individual for our Regional Sales Manager position. This position is supporting the Rocky Mountain Region of the U.S., reporting to the Milpitas, CA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales revenue goal achievement in region
  • Respond to all Sales correspondence, telephone calls and email inquires including: pricing, requests for quotes and reseller show or event support
  • Calling on and selling AVer solutions and products to end user customers
  • Manage existing Authorized Resellers in assigned territory and recruit and train new Resellers Partners as needed in assigned territory
  • Manage reseller channel online website merchandising presence for AVer presentation products
  • Assist with tracking and qualifying leads via phone, emails and trade shows
  • Attend trade shows and give onsite presentations / demonstrations
  • Develop new business customers in assigned territory
  • Managing and maintaining existing accounts and growing new customer base
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly reports as well as forecasting
  • Plan and conduct product trainings to Reseller Partners and make joint sales calls with Reseller Partners
  • Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations to end user customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of video conferencing technology a plus
  • Experience selling to K-12 and Higher Education, SMB, Reseller Channels a plus
  • Channel Management experience a plus
  • Excellent Customer Satisfaction Skills
  • Extensive experience in business development, negotiation, and closing business
