Arthur S. Pait

President

Arthur is the co-founder and President of AVer Information Inc. Americas, currently overseeing USA, Canada and Latin America operations. Arthur has been instrumental in driving the company to the forefront of the Education and SMB markets through the heavy focus on innovation, exceptional customer service quality and strong channel partnerships. Under Arthur's leadership, AVer has been honored as one of the Top 100 Workplaces in Silicon Valley by Bay Area News Group, and one of the 20 Most Promising Education Technology Solution Providers by CIO Review Magazine.

Prior to his current position, Arthur served as the National Sales Director at Acer Peripherals, where he was responsible for North America sales, operations, and P&L planning of monitors and projectors business. He had also held Sales Manager position at Ricoh Corporation Consumer Product Group, where he was responsible for North America OEM and White Box business of CD-RW products.

Vice President of Operations

Kathy oversees the day to day business operations for USA, Canada and Latin America. Her focus is to streamline operational efficiency to balance policy, procedure and methods with unsurpassed customer service and support.

Kathy has been instrumental in developing the operations and logistics support teams through open communications and with the constant drive to maximize service and support offerings since joining AVer USA in 1995.

Juilien Jiang

Controller

Juilien is the Financial Controller responsible for managing the overall finance, treasury and accounting functions within the USA, Canada and Latin America.

Prior to joining AVer, Juilien served as the Sr. Accounting Manager of Uniwill Computer, where she oversaw the controllership, audit, credit, accounting, and finance functions for the company. Juilien had also held the Accounting Manager position at Lite-On Technology.

Ted Pepping

Vice President

Ted assists in the management of all aspects of AVer USA's business strategy to deliver sustainable and profitable growth as well as to ensure effective alignment of the company resources to exceed AVer's short term and long term goals.

Prior to joining AVer, Ted worked at Hewlett-Packard Company for over 23 years. At Hewlett Packard, Ted held multiple Executive Management positions, including National Sales Manager, Western Regional Sales Manager, Western Area Sales Manager, Major Account Partner Business Manager, District Sales Manager, and Regional Partner Business Manager. Ted has managed sales teams over 65 Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with annual sales revenues exceeding $750M. Ted's sales management experience includes managing sales teams selling Direct and with Channel Partner Sales Teams, focused on selling to Fortune 100, Enterprise, Large and SMB customers.

Ty Hall

Vice President of Sales and Marketing / Classroom Product Division

Ty oversees all sales activities related to AVer's Presentation Product lines. In his role, Ty is responsible for managing the outside sales team as well as channel development, partnership management, and sales strategy engagement within his teams. Ty’s focus is on driving AVer’s value-added products and solutions to the education market. Ty and his team pride themselves on exceptional customer support and satisfaction.

Prior to Joining AVer, Ty came from a very diverse background having worked at West Marine Inc. and one other fortune 1000 company with skills in Sales, Supply chain, and Operational management functions. Having managed distribution channel partners and multiple channel sales models thru his career he brings a great addition to the AVer sales management team. He is highly accomplished in overseeing strategic partnerships thru his past work with prior key accounts such as Garmin, Sony, and Pioneer.
