Based in AVerMedia’s American headquarters in Milpitas, CA, Pepping is responsible for driving overall sales growth including channel and reseller sales initiatives for AVerMedia’s AVerVision Document Cameras, AVerPen Collaborative Learning Solutions and AVerKey PC to TV Scan Converters in the North and South American markets.

Pepping brings over 23 years of sales management experience from Hewlett Packard, overseeing direct and indirect sales teams, channel partners, major accounts, marketing and technical support departments. Ted boasts a high level of achievement both meeting and surpassing revenue targets over his tenure with HP, as well as building new sales teams, driving product launches, reviving lower performing accounts and channel partners.
