| AVerMedia Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of digital multimedia and presentation technology recently exhibited at TCEA’s 2009 annual conference. With over 8,000 attendees, the show was full of teachers and key decision makers who have a large need for technology in their classroom, especially in the k-12 educational market. AVerMedia’s bright orange booth was packed with presentations daily, where AVerMedia conducted demonstrations on the AVerVisionCP300, and introduced its brand new document camera, the AVerVision VP-1, which is designed for those first time users or teachers who are not looking for any advanced features. Not only did AVerMedia explain the importance of having an AVerVision document camera in every classroom, but they also gave away a document camera at every presentation, with hopes of continuing the dream of having an AVerVision document camera in every single classroom! To add to all of this excitement, AVerMedia also announced its contest held every month on the user forum, where AVerMedia gives away two free document cameras every month, with the goal of having hundreds of thousands of teachers join to communicate with one another on great teaching topics, lesson plans and/ or thoughts and opinions to better their classrooms.
