We have been looking for a video conference option for each conference room in our division. After spending $36,000 on a PolyCom set up for our engineering office I decided that I had to find a comparable solution that was cost effective. I started researching the AVer HVC310 for our Hutchinson, KS location. The complete package that I came up with for a similar system and equipment came in under $7,000. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the product. When we first started setting this unit up I needed assistance from tech support and they were there to help me through the entire process. We will be installing other AVer systems to our other locations in the future. I have even passed this information along to our corporate IT department so that they can suggest AVer for the other divisions as well.
