Yes! Through the free AVer software, you can present, annotate, record, and stream lesson plans through sites such as YouTube™, Dropbox™, etc.
Can I connect the F15 to my computer?
Yes, the F15 can connect to both PC and Mac with a USB Cable.
Is it possible to use the F15 without a computer?
Yes, the F15 can connect to a projector or LCD screen using the video outputs.
Does the F15 have a microphone?
The F15 does not have a built in microphone.
Does the F15 have an adjustable neck?
The F15 has a gooseneck that allows you to lean, bend, and flex the camera in any direction.
Is the F15 hi-def?
Yes, the F15 has an adjustable output of 30fps at 1080p.
Is there a light source on the F15?
The F15 has a built in LED light attached to the camera head that provides light to your presentation when needed.
What is the Shooting Area of the F15?
The F15 has a maximum shooting area of 17.2" x 12.89" (437mm x 327mm).
What are the main differences between the F15 and the F50?
The F50 has on-board recording, optical zoom, and on-board annotation. The F15 doesn't have on-board recording nor annotation but has digital zoom.
My computer is father away from where I teach, what's the maximum length of USB cable I can use for the F15 to still perform?
Approximately 16 feet (varies upon quality of the cable).
What type of equipment can I connect to the F15?
You can connect the F15 to a Projector, TV, LCD monitor, Crestron controller, and computer.
Is the F15 compatible with Interactive whiteboards software?
Yes, with the AVerVision Flash Plug-in downloadable from AVer's website.
Is the F15 compatible with Skype?
Yes, the F15 is compatible with Skype.
Is there a way to save images displayed by the document camera?
Yes, there are three ways to do this. You can either capture/save images to the internal memory of the doc cam, to the On-board USB flash drive/SD slots, or using AVer's Software, you can capture and save images directly to the computer.

Can the F15 record videos as a standalone unit without a computer?
No, the F15 does not come with on-board recording. You will need a computer in conjunction with AVer's software to record.

How do I turn off the on-screen display of the AVer logo?
To turn off the AVer logo display, press and hold the Left and Menu button for 3 seconds. Repeat this step to re-enable the logo display.
