Evaluation Equipment remains the property of AVer Information Inc. and is provided solely for evaluation, testing,
and demonstration purposes.
Recipient assumes responsibility for the proper use, care, and security of the Evaluation Equipment during the
evaluation period.
Evaluation Equipment may not be sold, transferred, loaned, modified, or provided to any third party without AVer's
prior written approval.
Recipient agrees to notify AVer immediately if any Evaluation Equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged.
AVer will provide a prepaid return label and cover reasonable shipping costs for delivery and return of the
Evaluation Equipment.
Recipient agrees to return the Evaluation Equipment within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the
evaluation period in substantially the same condition received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any extension must be approved in writing by AVer prior to expiration.
AVer reserves the right to invoice Recipient for Evaluation Equipment that is not returned or is lost, stolen, or
damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
