Regional Sales Manager, ProAV (West)

Job Description

AVer Information, Inc. is seeking a bright, passionate, results-driven, and responsible salesperson for our Regional Sales Manager, Pro AV business position. Reporting to Vice President, this role will be an integral part of AVer’s Sales Team. The ideal candidate would have the ability to successfully develop, build, and maintain successful partnerships of assigned region, deliver revenue and profit goals, effective leadership skills, and deliver exceptional customer service to our Channel Partners and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving sales revenue and profit targets in assigned region
  • Respond to all sales correspondence, telephone calls and email inquiries including: pricing, requests for quotes, and Reseller show or event support
  • Calling and selling AVer solutions and products to end user customers
  • Manage existing Authorized Resellers in assigned region and recruit and train new Resellers Partners as needed in assigned region
  • Manage Reseller Channel online website merchandising presence for AVer products
  • Assist with tracking and qualifying leads via phone, emails and trade shows
  • Attend trade shows and give onsite presentations/demonstrations
  • Develop new business customers in assigned region
  • Managing and maintaining existing accounts and growing new customer base
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about market developments.
  • Plan and conduct product trainings to Reseller Partners and make joint sales calls with Reseller Partners

Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of sales management experience

  • Experience in business development, negotiation, and closing business

Regional Sales Manager, SIU & K12

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Strategic Industry Units (SIU), and K-12 education markets. This role focuses on expanding AVer's market presence by cultivating strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end-users across targeted verticals. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue, drive market share, and position AVer as a trusted technology provider.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting SIU and K-12 education customers.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, technology coordinators, purchasing agents, and AV integrators.
  • Foster strong channel partnerships through regular engagement, joint business planning, and co-selling strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases and customer needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, and technical support) to ensure solution alignment and customer success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and product updates to provide market insights and strategic feedback.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to leadership.
  • Represent AVer at trade shows, regional conferences, partner events, and customer engagements.
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets and customer satisfaction expectations.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3/4+ years of proven sales experience in technology, preferably with experience in the education and/or public sector.
  • Knowledge of AV solutions, video collaboration technology, and classroom or campus technology environments.
  • Established relationships with key players in the K-12 verticals is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a results-driven mindset.

Technical Support Specialist

Job Description

AVer is seeking an Audio/Video Technical Support Specialist in a Call Center environment that will be responsible for building and managing the people, process, infrastructure, and environment necessary to support a world-class customer focused technical support and customer service organization. This position and associated team are responsible for managing customer facing technical programs including day-to-day customer service issues, phone support, service desk support, generate technical bulletins, and internal escalations. This is a hands-on leadership position that reports to our Technical Support Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and structure daily operations of first level support for AVer’s North & South America business.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, manage the technical support platform on a daily basis, and manage RMA/DOA cases.
  • Establish, maintain, measure, and continuously improve the process, infrastructure, and environment to ensure efficient handling of normal and exceptional product incidents.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, FAEs and PMs to continuously enhance the total customer experience of all AVer customers.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to manage incident flow throughout the lifecycle as ownership changes between support, development, sustaining, and quality assurance; and assist in rolling-out fixes when they become available.
  • Ensure that critical accounts are handled expeditiously and appropriately to solve technical issue’s and to maintain or achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the customer post sales experience to all internal cross functional groups.
  • Lead, mentor, attract, retain, and manage junior support staff to enable them to successfully accomplish their responsibilities.
Skills/Qualifications
  • 4+ years’ experience working for a networking, audio and video conference company.
  • Experience with the video conference field. Specifically experience with video systems, broadcasts, and streaming is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of customer support operations, processes, and incident handling.
  • AS in Computer Engineering (or equivalent Enterprise IT experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Results-focused, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • 3+ years’ experience working within a Call Center environment.
  • With customer satisfaction at the forefront of all actions, the tech support responds to the needs of the caller in a respectful, timely and concise manner, asks probing questions to identify concerns, being polite, well-spoken, calm, patient and presentable at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A/V technologies lingo (Anything video and audio related, etc.).
  • Knowledge of USB camera’s, streaming cameras, or any IP PTZ enabled camera systems.
  • Experts in Windows PC, Chromebook, MacBook systems as well as the associated Android, iPad tablets.
  • Networking (IP, WAN) and security expertise.
  • Knowledge of IP Networking including routing protocols and videoconferencing applications.
  • Knowledge of more than one operating systems: Windows, Mac, Linux.
